Hilton Americas-Houston’s General Manager Jacques D'Rovecourt has led the operations of the hotel since April 2016, after having been the property's Hotel Manager since April 2011. Prior to joining Hilton Americas-Houston, D'Rovencourt was the resident manager and part of the pre-opening team of Hilton Baltimore. He began his hospitality career in 1992 as the assistant food and beverage manager of Hilton Minneapolis before moving to Chicago's Palmer House, also a Hilton property. His career with Hilton also includes time spent as director of food and beverage at Hilton Long Beach, director of food and beverage at Palmer House and resident manager at Hilton Short Hills.
D'Rovencourt received his bachelor of science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has won numerous leadership awards during his career.
